Every horse listing and stallion advertisement has a report link. You can also use the report form directly — you do not need an account to send a report.

In a conversation you can report the whole chat, a single message, or a single photo or video. The surrounding messages are stored as evidence for our moderators and are kept even if the conversation is later deleted.

Blocking stops all messages in both directions immediately. You can see and undo your blocks under Blocked users in your profile.

Every listing is reviewed before it is published. Reports are assessed in good faith, normally within 48 hours. We may remove content, contact the parties involved, or suspend accounts that break our rules.

• Never pay a deposit before you have verified the horse and the seller.
• Be careful with sellers who push for a fast payment or want to move off the platform.
• Ask for extra photos, video and papers, and view the horse in person when you can.
• Keep the conversation on Hestasales so we can help if something goes wrong.
